Nice breakfast included. Hot eggs, sausage and waffles. Also bagels, fruit, muffins, and coffee. Housekeeping staff friendly and clean rooms, bathrooms and bedding. Great proximity to Kykuit landmark and Applebees and a diner within walking distance from the hotel. Great staff overall. Very friendly and helpful.
The fitness center equipment should be wiped down/ cleaned. Quality of the bed mattress was too hard and not very comfortable.

The room here is brand new and quite spacious, equipped with central heating, pay TV, and a safe - so you'll be nice and cozy during your stay. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is located in a fantastic spot where you can easily step out into the warm outdoors. 🌞

Staff at registration desk seemed to be bickering or unhappy about something. Lasted a while. Device on TV made it so I could not get channels. Had to get staff to detour around the device on front of TV that didn't work.
